1:45 p.m. - Assembly of Faculty for College of Education and Human Services, Undergraduate

Commencement ceremonies will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 for graduate students and on Saturday, May 14, 2016 for undergraduate students. On Saturday there will be three (3) undergraduate ceremonies. (Please refer to the above schedule.)

All faculty who have signed up to participate in the spring commencement ceremonies are required attend.

Faculty should assemble in academic regalia in the field house no later than the assembly times shown above for their respective colleges. Processionals will begin at the times listed for each graduation ceremony. Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates should have received separate instructions.

Parking

Friday, specific parking spaces will be blocked off in front of the Fieldhouse and Library for disabled individuals and guests. For safety purposes, parking directly in front of Fieldhouse will not be allowed.

Saturday, faculty parking will be available in front of the Library. You must present your A&M-Commerce ID or be sure you have your faculty/staff parking sticker displayed on your vehicle for entrance into the parking area. UPD will not allow you into the area if you do not have a university parking sticker or do not have proper identification. For safety purposes, parking directly in front of Fieldhouse will not be allowed.
