ClassLive Pro - eCollege

What is happening?
Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege) and The Center for Faculty Excellence and Innovation received reports that ClassLive Pro session where failing to connect. Pearson Technical teams are working to restore ClassLive Pro and to resolve the issue.

When:
The first known report was on 12/5/16 and the issue has been consistent.

  *   ClassLive Pro
