[VPAAEtal] Survey on CFEI's Service and Support

Beginning today and continuing until 16 December 2016, all faculty (Full time, Adjunct and Teaching Assistants) can access a web link (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CFEIFALL16) to voice your opinions and perceptions regarding the services and programs offered by The Center for Faculty Excellence and Innovation (CFEI).

At CFEI, your feedback is important in the assessment of our services AND plays a vital role in our planning for future services.

Before completing the course SRTE, please keep in mind the following:

*        Anonymity: Your responses to this survey are completely anonymous, both the numerical results and written comments.

*        Considerations when completing the open-ended comments:

o   Please provide specific illustrations of how our services impacted you as a faculty member.  Offer specific reasons for what you feel needs to be kept, changed or enhanced.

o   While comments regarding what needs to change may come more readily, it is just as helpful to remind our professionals about what went well.
