College of Business
College of Education and Human Services
College of Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts
     College of Science and Engineering
School of Agriculture



Commencement exercises will be held Friday, August 12, 2016 for all graduate students, and Saturday, August 13, 2016 for all undergraduate students. (Please refer to the above schedule).

All faculty who have signed up to participate in the summer commencement ceremonies are required to attend.

Faculty should assemble in academic regalia in the field house no later than the assembly times shown above for their respective colleges. Processionals will begin at the times listed for each ceremony. Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates should have received separate instructions.

Parking:
Friday, specific parking spaces will be blocked off in front of the Fieldhouse and Library for disabled individuals and guests. For safety purposes, parking directly in front of the Fieldhouse will not be allowed.

Saturday, faculty parking will be available in front of the Library. You must present your A&M-Commerce ID or be sure you have your staff parking sticker displayed on your vehicle for entrance into the parking area.  UPD will not allow you into the area if you do not have a TAMU-C parking sticker or proper staff identification. Parking in front of the Fieldhouse will not be allowed.
