[VPAAEtal] Fall 2015 SRTEs (Course Evaluations)

Please note the information below regarding the fall 2015 administration of the Student Ratings of Teaching Effectiveness (SRTEs), often referred to as "course evaluations."  This information is also being shared with your department head and college/department administrative assistants.




Date

Face-to-Face, Enhanced, Blended, and Labs Courses
(Paper-based, in class administration)


Online (Section W) Courses
(Online administration via PLS)

November 11-13

Academic department Administrative Assistants will assemble and distribute paper-based  SRTEs



November 23-December 9

Administer SRTEs utilizing a student designee in the class.



Administer SRTEs - Students receive prompt to complete when logging into Pearson Learning Studio (eCollege) online course

No Later Than
December 11

All completed paper-based SRTEs will be returned to CFEI.




Consider talking with students about the value you place on course evaluations. Empower students to offer constructive and thoughtful feedback by describing specific changes that you have made to your course in response to previous course evaluation results.
