[VPAAEtal] Announcing the new Faculty LED program!

Hello Faculty,

This Fall 2015, the CFEI is launching the Faculty LED (Lion Educator Dissemination) program connected with the LIFE (Lion Institute for Educators) programs, which are currently in development. The Faculty LED program provides faculty with opportunities to share their work with the university community. Please see the attached form. The CFEI will be responsible for the logistics-securing the space and resources, announcements, registration, facilitation, etc.

Options, for your consideration:

·         CFEI Grand Opening Speed Sessions. Monday, September 21 to Friday, September 25. 20-minute Speed Sessions offered throughout the week. Faculty are invited to the Center for the Ribbon Cutting, Wine & Cheese Reception, Speed Sessions, Café Talks, DIY Clinics, tours, massages, snacks, games, prizes, and more.

·         Workshops and/or Webinars. Day, time, and length of your choice.

·         Lunch & Learns. Day, time, and length of your choice for a brown bag lunch discussion between 12pm and 2pm during the work week.

·         Open Lab and/or Coffee Talks. Day, time, and length of your choice for informal explorations, applications, discussions, and sharings.

·         Private Sessions. Conference Room, Training Lab, Collaboration Rooms, and Faculty Fellows & Scholars Computer Lab reservations for the day, time, and length of your choice.

·         Videos. Video recordings will be edited, produced, and hosted for faculty use.

·         Resource Handouts, Newsletter Articles, and/or Innovations Blog Posts. Resources will be disseminated to faculty and housed on the CFEI website, blog, and/or digital repository for continued access.

·         Other. Specify your recommendations for other avenues of dissemination.
