Fellow Faculty,

The Strategic Planning Task Force is proud to present to you a full, though unfinished, draft of the 2020 Strategic Plan.

Our strategic plan centers on each of the university's Guiding Principles: Communication, Diversity, Globalization, Scholarship, Service, Stewardship, and Student Success. Within each of the Guiding Principles, the subcommittees have developed goals and strategies that support each Guiding Principle.

This plan was created to move Texas A&M University - Commerce into its next 125 years. We request your feedback to help us make this the strongest and most representative plan possible.

To review this draft of the Strategic Plan, please visit http://www.tamuc.edu/strategic_planning/default.aspx

As you review the goals and strategies, please use the following questions to guide your comments:

1. Do these goals and the strategies support the A&M - Commerce Guiding Principles, the Mission Statement, and/or the Vision Statement?

2. Are the goals and strategies clear and comprehensive enough to move A&M - Commerce ahead of this point in time?

3. Are the goals and strategies a stretch, but realistic and attainable?
This website will remain open for your comments through Wednesday, March 4, 2015.

Thanks!
