2015 Scholarship Symposium
February 25, March 2, and March 13


On Monday, March 2, 2015, the second event of the Scholarship Symposium, Jeffrey Beall, Librarian and Associate Professor at University of Colorado Denver, will be giving 2 presentations on predatory publishers-an increasing risk to faculty. The presentations will occur 11:00a.m.-12:30p.m. and 3:00-4:30p.m. at RSC Traditions.

The first event of the Scholarship Symposium, the Panel Discussion on the Publication Process, will take place on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. The panel will consist of Dr. Augustine Arize from the College of Business; Dr. Salvatore Attardo from the College of Humanities, Social Sciences & Arts; Dr. Venu Cheriyath from the College of Science & Engineering; and Dr. Jon Travis from the College of Education & Human Services. The panel discussion will be moderated by our Provost, Dr. Adolfo Benavides.
