Attention Online Faculty!

The Fall 2015 term is just 19 day away.  As of Monday, 73% of the Online (W) Course were available in Pearson Learning Studio (eCollege) for the students.  A big Thank you goes out to the faculty who have completed the Course Copy Application to copy a prior course into the new term.  Students will be added on Friday, August 21.

The goal is to have 100% of the Online courses in the PLS Fall 2015 term prior to the first day of class.  The process takes just a few minutes and the course appears immediately.  Please do not wait until the Friday before class or even worse the weekend before class.  Here is the link to complete the Course Copy Application<https://appsprod.tamuc.edu/CourseCopyApp/CourseCopy/>.

Next Monday morning, August 17, Deans and Department Heads will receive a complete list of unavailable online courses.  To avoid having your course listed, complete the copy process by this Friday.  To assure your course is available, login to MyLeo and select eCollege.  Available courses for a faculty member will be listed under the Fall 2015 term. Faculty working on courses in a development term are to request that it be moved to the Fall term.
