There are multiple reasons for this request:

* 100% course availability on the first day of the term.

* Accessibility reviews and Accommodations are conducted by the CFEI staff for priority online courses.

* Students are enrolled into the online and enhanced courses 10-14 days prior to the start of the term. Often faculty have not returned to campus by this student population date.

* Volume of online courses each term versus the available resources to assist faculty.

* STAFF courses are the last to be copied and populated as new faculty are hired.

Information on copying your course may be found at http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/centerForFacultyExcellenceAndInnovation/educationalTechnology/learningStudioCourseCopy.aspx
Email online at tamuc.edu<mailto:online at tamuc.edu> if you have any questions regarding the course copy process.
