Hello, Faculty and Adjunct Faculty.

Your response to the online course copy deadline for the Winter Mini and Spring Terms is greatly appreciated.  This deadline allows for timely and quality preparation for course delivery on the first day of the term.  This meets the needs and expectation of our students.

Winter Mini students will be populated into the Pearson Learning Studio (eCollege) courses on December 15.  Spring Term students will be populated on January 9.  All online courses must be copied into the terms, by the faculty, prior to these dates.  Courses not copied will have a blank course shells selected for them. Courses cannot be deleted, recopied, or cross listed (combined) in PLS after the student population date.  This process is in place due to past experiences with a significant volume of student calls.

The 51% of the Spring and 33% of the Winter Mini courses unavailable at this time are to be copied quickly.  The link provided includes direction for completing the process.  Questions can be directed to the Faculty Center.  Department Chairs will be sent a file including the status of all scheduled online and enhanced courses.
