[VPAAEtal] Fall 2014 Course Evaluations - Paper-based and Fully Online (Terms Ending December 12th)

Faculty and Adjunct Faculty,

Fall 2014 courses in terms which close on December 12th will be evaluated based on the following timeline and methods. Please communicate this information to students in your courses in that this is a change in the course evaluation process. The course evaluation link on myLeo will be inaccessible beginning November 10th in order to avoid any confusion.

Paper-based Course Evaluations (Face-to-face, web-enhanced, blended, and lab sections):

November 3-11

CFEI prepare printed course evaluation sheets.

November 12-14

College/Department administrative assistants prepare course evaluation packets for respective college/departments and distribute appropriately.

November 17-December 3

Faculty or designee administer course evaluations.

December 5

Due date for returning completed course evaluations to CFEI

December 8 - 19

Process completed paper-based course evaluations (CFEI & College/Department Admins)


Pearson Learning Studio (eCollege) (Fully online course sections (Section Ws):

November 3-11

CFEI setup course evaluations

November 17-December 3

Students complete course evaluations as prompted when entering course in Pearson Learning Studio

December 15

Faculty, Deans, and Department Heads have access to course evaluation reports via Pearson Learning Studio
