Hello, Faculty and Adjunct Faculty.

If you can see your Online Courses for Summer I & II and Fall 2014
copied to the appropriate terms, excellent!  You may disregard this
email.  Please, do not recopy your courses a second time.

 

Faculty who have not completed the course copy process for Summer I & II
and Fall 2014, this message is for you.  Course Copies were due April
18.  There are many courses missing in eCollege.  

 

Summer I : 68 of 216 have not been copied, unavailable

Summer II: 60 of 159 have not been copied, unavailable

Fall 2014: 165 of 306 have not been copied, unavailable

 

 

The new Course Copy Application is now available.  Students are
scheduled to be enrolled in the Summer I term on Monday, May 19.  This
is the link to the new eCollege Course Copy Application

echnology/instructionalDesign/courseCopy.aspx> .  Each faculty of record
has access to select their own courses and the previous course to copy
from.  Faculty can also cross-list courses themselves with this
application.  Training video-clips, manual and FAQ are available.  This
application works in real time.  There is no waiting for a person to
process your request for you.  Please complete the process now.
