[VPAAEtal] New eCollege Course Copy Application Available

[Academic Affairs]

Faculty,

The new eCollege Course Copy Application has been released. This system
allows you, the faculty member, to take control of completing your
online course copies and immediately see the course in eCollege. This
simple 4-step application includes easy point and click navigation: 1.)
Login, 2.) Select the course, 3.) Select the copy, and 4.) Confirm.
When you login to eCollege, you will see the course in the new term.

Many courses still need to be copied for the Summer I & 2, August Mini,
and Fall 2014 terms. Those who missed the April 18 deadline may now
complete their own course copies by clicking on this link or copying and
pasting it into your browser:
https://apps.tamuc.edu/CourseCopyApp/CourseCopy/ The link is also
available from the FCTT web page along with FAQs and training videos.

Please be sure to copy your course(s) before leaving campus at the close
of the spring 2014 term.

Step 1: Login

Step 2: Select the Course

Step 3: Select the Copy

Step 4: Confirm

Thank you.
