Welcome back from Spring Break,

 

The FCTT has developed the Preparing Courses for New Terms Process Guide

0Guide.pdf>  to assure eCollege courses are available for the first day
of class.  Every academic department is responsible for following the
new process.  The guide includes: 

*         Training registration for new faculty and adjuncts new to
online instruction.

*         A single deadline for all Spring and Fall terms including mini
terms.  

*         How and when to request to combine (cross-list) courses. 

*         Process for requesting TA/GA approval for course access.

*         Instructions for Interactive Video Conference classes (ITV).
