Good Morning, Faculty and Adjunct Faculty.
Last week an e-mail was sent out with links to the new Course Copy Application, but the links were incorrect. This e-mail has been corrected. Additionally, the Course Copy Application can be found at this address: https://apps.tamuc.edu/CourseCopyApp/CourseCopy/
The August Mini and Fall term is quickly approaching. A large percentage, 54%, of Fall courses have not been copied into the eCollege term. If you have not accessed the eCollege Course Copy Application<https://apps.tamuc.edu/CourseCopyApp/CourseCopy/> to load your online classes, this must be completed right away. The tables below indicate timelines for student population into courses and requesting TA or GA students be added to a course.
A number of course development tasks are needed to prepare your online course for the first day of the term. Attached is a checklist you will find to be helpful. The Faculty Center is available when you have questions or need assistance. Projects for Fall are on a first come first serve basis. A number of faculty have been working with the Course Designer and Developers throughout the summer. Let us know how we may assist you.
