[Academic Affairs]

Attention Faculty and Adjunct Faculty teaching Fall Online or Enhance eCollege Courses:

The Fall term is 7-weeks away. Check eCollege to assure your course is available to you. If you do not see assigned Fall 2014 eCollege course, this message is for you.

The eCollege Course Copy Application allows you, the faculty member, to take control of completing your online course copies and immediately see the course in eCollege. This simple 4-step application includes easy point and click navigation: 1.) Login, 2.) Select the course, 3.) Select the copy, and 4.) Confirm. When you login to eCollege, you will see the course in the new term.

Many courses (more than 50%) still need to be copied for the Fall 2014 terms. Those who missed the deadline are encouraged to complete the process at this URL. https://apps.tamuc.edu/CourseCopyApp/CourseCopy/ The link is also available from the Faculty Center web page along with FAQs and training videos.
