[VPAAEtal] Winter Mini Grading

Good afternoon everyone - 

 

Winter Mini grading for all classes ending January 9th has been turned
on.

Final grades are due no later than Monday, January 13th.  Grades we have
not received by noon on Monday will be reported to the appropriate Dean
for their assistance.  

 

PLEASE make every effort to get them in by the deadline.  If you
anticipate having a delay in getting your grades in on time let us know
immediately.  The offices of Financial Aid, Registrar, Graduate School,
Testing, and many others have many processes to complete and limited
time in which to complete them.

Also note that while entering grades, the system does time out and cause
grades to not be submitted so it is a good idea when grading larger
sections to save as you go and for all faculty to log back in to make
sure they recorded.  Contact me if needed so that I am made aware of any
possibility of an issue. I can view grades and follow up with IT if
there is a problem.

I'm always happy to go in and check for you.
