[VPAAEtal] Summer 2014 Commencement Notice

RE:                  Agenda for August 2014 Commencement

Commencement exercises will be held Friday, August 8, 2014 (Graduate Ceremony) and Saturday, August 9, 2014 (Undergraduate Ceremony). Please refer to the attached schedule.

All faculty members who are on contract are expected to participate. Adjunct faculty are invited, but not required, to participate in the processional.

Faculty are requested to assemble in academic regalia in the field house no later than the assembly times as shown above for their respective colleges. Processionals will begin at the times listed for each graduation. Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates should have received separate instructions.

Thank you for a successful semester and I look forward to seeing you on August 8 & 9.

Requests to be excused from participation in commencement should be forwarded through the department head to the college dean.
