[VPAAEtal] New for eCollege

[Academic Affairs]

Greetings Faculty.

Next week, the New eCollege Course Copy Application will be released.
This new system will allow faculty to take control of their online
course copies and immediately see the courses in eCollege. This simple
4-Step application includes easy point and click navigation: 1.) Login,
2.) Select the course 3.) Select the copy and 4.) Confirm. When you
login to eCollege, you will see the course in the new term.

Many courses still need to be copied for Summer I & 2, August Mini, and
Fall 2014. Those who missed the April 18 deadline will have a few days
to complete their request using this new system before leaving campus
following the close of the Spring 2014 term.

Step 1: Login

Step 2: Select the Course

Step 3: Select the Copy

Step 4: Confirm

Thank you.
