[VPAAEtal] Instructional Design Support

Colleagues,

I hope everyone is off to a great semester.  My name is Sunni Miegel and
I want to let you know that I am here to assist you.  I am an
Instructional Designer working in the Faculty Center for Teaching with
Technology and my primary responsibilities are to ensure that technology
based instruction is designed, developed, and implemented in a
systematic manner that will consistently produce efficient and effective
learning. My services include: 

*         Provide guidance or assistance with instructional design to
faculty (one on one and group) 

*         Work with faculty, regardless of discipline to improve,
restructure, redesign, and develop the functionality and aesthetics for
online and face to face courses 

*         Peer review online courses based on Quality Matters standards

*         Facilitate the design and development of multimedia
instructional materials 

*         Review and revise PowerPoint presentations to improve their
effectiveness in the classroom 

*         Develop training sessions that will facilitate how to
implement technology and various software programs into the classrooms.
