Subject: Adjunct facculty evaluations / reviews

Dear Department Heads,

Just a reminder about our need to evaluate adjunct faculty / graduate
assistants using the short evaluation form that was distributed
recently. It would be very important for us to include a good
cross-section of these adjunct faculty / graduate assistants evaluations
in our Focused Report to SACS in response to the off-site committee's
review of our Compliance Report. I would appreciate if, by Friday,
December 20, 2013, you would forward completed evaluations to your
respective Dean who will them forward them to me for inclusion in our
response to SACS.

Thank you kindly.

May you and your dear ones have a wonderful and peaceful end-of-the-year
holiday season.

Adolfo
