Please disregard my last email.  I have just received a call from my son who is graduating and will be moving that weekend.  I am very sorry and hope to assist with future graduation ceremonies.

Greetings!
 
Spring 2013 Commencement (Saturday, May 11th ***11 days!) is just around
the corner. We are in need of volunteers to assist with lining up and/or
leading the students.  The ceremonies and number of volunteers needed
are as follows:
 

8:30 am   (will need to report to University Fieldhouse by 7:30 am)     

Undergraduate Ceremony for:

College of Business & Entrepreneurship

*         Need 3 people to line up students 

   

College of Humanities, Social Sciences & Arts

*         Need 1 person to lead the students during the ceremony.

*         Need 2 person to line up students.

 

College of Science, Engineering & Agriculture

*         Need 2 people to line up students.

 

 

11:30 am  (will need to report to University Fieldhouse by 10:30 am)   

Undergraduate Ceremony for:

College of Education & Human Services

*         Need 1 person to lead the students during the ceremony.

*         Need 6 people to line up students. 

*         1 person to lead the Faculty during the ceremony.

 

 

3:00 pm   (will need to report to University Fieldhouse by 2:00 pm)     

Graduate School:

*         1 person to lead the Doctoral students during the ceremony.

*         1 person to lead the Doctoral Advisors during the ceremony.

*         Need 7 people to line up students.
