Join us as we host the Fall 2012 Educause Learning Initiative (ELI)
Session Emerging Technologies, Innovation, and Academic Transformation
October 2nd, 11:00-4:00 and October 3rd, 11:00-4:00.  The two-day
session will be held virtually in the Faculty Center for Teaching with

This session is designed to engage you and your colleagues in exploring
the most recent successful models for working with instructional
innovations. It is intended to provide opportunity to answer questions
such as the following:

 

1.     What processes are best to help us identify the innovations and
opportunities that will make the most difference to student success?

2.    How can we construct pilots that will provide us with the
information we need to decide if the innovations we've selected are
going to address the issues we seek to solve?

3.    How do we know when, if, and how we should scale up our projects
from the pilot stage to production and to what level?

This virtual event will be much more than your usual online seminar.
You'll exchange ideas and collaborate interactively with the ELI
community-all from the Faculty Center for Teaching with Technology.
Lunch will be provided for enrolled participants on each day of the ELI
session.
