[VPAAEtal] eCollege Service Interruption - Restored

eCollege experienced a service interruption from approximately 8:40 a.m.
ET to 12:30 p.m. ET Sunday morning, September 23rd. eCollege reports
that full service has been restored. An announcement regarding the
service interruption time frame is posted on the eCollege home page. 

 

Contact the eCollege Helpdesk at 1.866.656.5511 (toll free) if you
experience technical issues with eCollege.  Contact the IT Support
Center at 903-468-6000 if you experience any problems accessing eCollege
from the University portal.
