[VPAAEtal] GRADING OPENED / MAY MINI 2012

Good Morning!

 

Please note that final grading for MAY MINI 2012 has been opened and is
available

(via your MyLeo).  Grading will close Friday, June 1st ,  2012 at 5:00
p.m.   

 

Students will be able to view their grades on Monday, June 4th, 2012.   

I have attached a copy of the grading procedures for your reference.  If
you 

have any difficulty submitting your grades, please contact the
Registrar's 

Office at 903-886-5070 for assistance.  Please make note of the
exceptions

below:

 

*         Grade of "I" is used for Thesis & Dissertation ONLY

*         Grade of "X" is used for incomplete grades and require a "Plan
of Completion"

form to be turned in to the Deans' Office.

*         Grade of "IP" (In Progress) is not to be used to give
incomplete grades.

This is only for classes which continue from semester to semester.
