SUBJECT: Summer Thesis/Dissertation Fellowship Program
I would like to announce that limited funds are available for the
A&M-Commerce Summer 2012 competition of the Summer Thesis/Dissertation
Fellowship. Through this program, many students have benefited and will
continue to benefit in their pursuit of higher education. A major goal
of the Summer Thesis/Dissertation Fellowship is to aid students in the
final stages of their thesis/dissertation. These fellowships are for
students who plan to spend the majority of the summer completing their
thesis or dissertation and plan to graduate at the end of the summer or
fall semester.
Recipients of these scholarships will receive $1,000 for the summer of
2012. If the awardees are receiving financial aid with this award,
there may be a need to adjust their total financial aid package.
Applications for these funds must be received in the Graduate School by
5 p.m. on May 17, 2012.
The application form is attached and is also available at:
http://web.tamu-commerce.edu/academics/graduateSchool/funding/fellowship
s/summerThesisDissertationFellowship.aspx.

with the following requirements:

A&M-Commerce,
* by the end of the spring 2012 semester have a Graduate School
approved thesis or dissertation proposal,
* be enrolled in at least 3 hours of 518/718 for one summer 2012
