[VPAAEtal] Summer Commencement Volunteers Needed

Greetings!

 

Summer 2012 Commencement (Saturday, August 11th) is just around the
corner. We are in need of volunteers to assist with lining up and/or
leading the students.  The ceremonies and number of volunteers needed
are as follows:

 

9:30 am   (will need to report to University Fieldhouse by 8:30 am)     

Undergraduate Ceremony for:

 

College of Business & Entrepreneurship

*          1 person to lead the Faculty during the ceremony.

 

College of Education & Human Services

*         Need 1 person to line up students. 

 

College of Humanities, Social Sciences & Arts

*         Need 1 person to lead the students during the ceremony.

 

College of Science, Engineering & Agriculture

*         Need 1 person to line up students 

 

 

2:00 pm   (will need to report to University Fieldhouse by 1:00 pm)     

Graduate School:

*         1 person to lead the Doctoral Advisors during the ceremony.

*         1 person to lead the Doctoral students during the ceremony.

*         1 person to lead the Master Faculty during the ceremony.

*         1 person to lead the Master students during the ceremony.

*         Need  4 people to line up students.
