[VPAAEtal] Digital Measures (DM) training

To: All Faculty, Department Heads, Deans and Administrative Assistants:

 

The Office of Institutional Research is providing six training sessions
(see times and dates below) to demonstrate the use of Digital Measures'
Activity Insight, a tool used to track faculty activities such as
scholarly publications, presentations, and service to the university.
This will help us to remain compliant with HB 2504, prepare documents
for post-tenure reviews, and evaluate faculty for tenure and promotion
among other things.  Data entry in the software will be mandatory for
all faculty, full and part-time, beginning this fall.

903-886-5509 to register for the training as room is limited to 20 seats
per session. Although additional training sessions will be scheduled for
the faculty after the beginning of the fall semester, it is advisable to
attend the summer training if possible.
