[VPAAEtal] Veteran's Vigil guard signup/schedule

The 20th Annual Veteran's Vigil is scheduled for November 3-5, 2011 with
a benefit and job fair scheduled for November 2.

We invite veteran's now to sign up to stand guard over the vigil during
