Faculty,

 

If you are scheduled to teach an online (01W, 02W...) course for either
the Winter Mini 2012 or Spring 2012 terms, or plan to web-enhance a
course for one of these terms, please complete a course copy request as
early as possible. Your completion of this online copy request form
ensures that you have opportunity to instruct us as to which course/term
we should copy from to create your new Winter Mini 2012 or Spring 2012
term course(s).
