[VPAAEtal] Summer 2011 Commencement Volunteers

Greetings!

 

Summer 2011 Commencement (Saturday, August 13th) is just around the
corner. We are in need of volunteers to assist with lining up and/or
leading the students.  The ceremonies and number of volunteers needed
are as follows:

 

9:30 am  (will need to report to University Fieldhouse by 8:30 am)     

Undergraduate Ceremony: 

*         Need 1 person to line up students for College of Science,
Engineering & Agriculture & Lead the students during the ceremony.

*         Need 1 person to line up students for College of Humanities,
Social Sciences & Arts

*         Need 1 person to line up students for College of Business &
Lead the students during the ceremony.

*         Need 1 person to line up students for College of Education &
Human Services

   

2:00 pm   (will need to report to University Fieldhouse by 1:00 pm)     

Graduate School:

*         Need 1 person to line up students & lead the students during
the ceremony.

*         Need 4 people to line up students in classrooms for Master
Students
