[VPAAEtal] FALL 2011 Grading -DUE TODAY 5PM

Good Afternoon,

 

Please note that final grading for FALL 2011 has been opened and is
available

(via your MyLeo).  This notice also applies to BSBA, Applied Criminology
and

the Sum I sub-term.  Grading will close TODAY, Monday, Dec 19th,  2011
at 5:00 p.m.   

 

Students will be able to view their grades on Tuesday, Dec 20th, 2011.  

I have attached a copy of the grading procedures for your reference.  If
you 

have any difficulty submitting your grades, please contact the
Registrar's 

Office at 903-886-5070 for assistance.  Please make note of the
exceptions

below:

 

*         Grade of "I" is used for Thesis & Dissertation ONLY

*         Grade of "X" is used for incomplete grades and require a "Plan
of Completion"

form to be turned in to the Deans' Office.

*         Grade of "IP" (In Progress) is not to be used to give
incomplete grades.

This is only for classes which continue from semester to semester.
