[VPAAEtal] Schedule for Instructional IE Unit Heads

[Academic Affairs]

Attention All Instructional IE Unit Heads:

The following schedule will guide our IE efforts in closing 2010-11 and
opening 2011-12.

September 30, 2011 - All Instructional IE Units for 2010-11 should be
fully closed. All Instructional IE Units for 2011-12 should be complete
from mission to achievement targets. By this time, the 2010-11 Final
Units and 2011-12 Planning Units should have been reviewed at the
department level. At this point the College IE Committees will begin
review of both.

October 31, 2011 - The College IE Committees will submit reports to the
University IE Committee. During this time, individual units may receive
guidance to facilitate success at the university level.

November 30, 2011 - The University IE Committee will submit their report
to the President and Provost.

To facilitate your success, the COEHS Committee has developed a set of
YouTube Podcasts relative to WEAVE. These are only available if you know
the link. They cannot be found with search engines. This is to protect
the proprietary interests of WEAVE while helping us master the
expectations of Institutional Effectiveness.

The podcasts playlist can be accessed at the following URL.
