[Academic Affairs]

Faculty,

Fall 2011 Online Courses (01W, 02W..)

Courses for the fall 2011 term for which we have received copy requests
from instructors have been copied and are populated with students.
Students are able to see the courses in which they are enrolled under
their 'myCourses' tab when logged in to eCollege; however, they will not
be able to enter their course(s) until the first day of the term. An
announcement in this regard is posted on the home page in eCollege.

If you do not see one of your fall 2011 online courses (01W, 02W...) in
your list of courses under the eCollege 'myCourses' tab, then please
complete the online course copy request form located at
http://web.tamu-commerce.edu/facultyStaffServices/instructionalTechnolog
yandDistanceEducation/instructionalDesignUnit/courseShellRequests/defaul
t.aspx. Your submission of this course copy request form helps to make
sure we copy the correct course to create your new fall 2011 course(s).

Please check your courses and verify that each course is populated with
students, AND, if you combined sections of your courses into one course
shell, verify that all sections are included in the course title. If
you find that one of your courses is not populated or the title is
incomplete, please contact our office at 903.886.5511 or email
online at tamuc-commerce.edu so we may investigate the issue prior to the
start of the term.

Web Enhanced Courses - Fall 2011

Verify that your web enhanced course(s) have been populated with
students and that combined section courses have all sections included in
the course title. If you choose to web enhance your course(s) for the
fall 2011 term, please submit an online course copy request. Email us
at online at tamu-commerce.edu or call 903.886.5511 if you have any
questions.

Thanks!
