[VPAAEtal] College Reconfiguration Faculty Survey

[Academic Affairs]

Dear Faculty Member;

You have probably heard that the University is exploring a
reconfiguration of the academic colleges. Accordingly, the Provost has
appointed a task force to examine the issue. The task force would like
to have faculty input regarding the possible reconfiguration of the
academic colleges, and would like to ask you to respond to some
questions. The Provost has assured the task force that this
reconfiguration will not include the combination/splitting of
departments or staff reduction. Please go to the following website to
take part in this survey. Unless you identify yourself, your responses
will be anonymous. If you experience any technical difficulties with
this survey please contact Barbara Forbes at 468-3149.
