[VPAAEtal] Fall 2010 Online & Enhanced Courses - Populated with Students

[Academic Affairs]

Faculty,

Fall 2010 Online Courses (01W, 02W..)

Courses for the fall 2010 term have been copied and populated with students. Students are able to see courses in which they are enrolled under the 'myCourses' tab when logged in to eCollege; however, they will not be able to enter their course(s) until the first day of the fall 2010 term. An announcement for students in this regard is posted on the home page in eCollege.

If you do not see one of your fall 2010 online courses (01W, 02W...) in your list of courses under the eCollege 'myCourses' tab, then please complete the online course copy request form located at http://web.tamu-commerce.edu/facultyStaffServices/instructionalTechnologyandDistanceEducation/instructionalDesignUnit/courseCopyRequest.aspx <http://web.tamu-commerce.edu/facultyStaffServices/instructionalTechnologyandDistanceEducation/instructionalDesignUnit/courseCopyRequest.aspx> . Your submission of this course copy request form helps to make sure we copy the correct course to create your new fall 2010 course.

Additionally, if you find that one of your courses is not populated with students, please email online at tamuc-commerce.edu <mailto:online at tamuc-commerce.edu> so we may investigate the issue.

Fall 2010 Web Enhanced Courses

If you choose to web enhance your course(s) for the fall 2010 term, please submit an online course copy request. Also, as early as possible, verify that your course has been populated with students.

Let me know if you have any questions or if the Instructional Design team may assist you in any way.
