[VPAAEtal] Spring 2010 Commencement Volunteers

Greetings!

 

Spring 2010 Commencement (May 15th) is just around the corner.  We are
in need of volunteers to assist with lining up and / or leading the
students.  The ceremonies and number of volunteers needed are as
follows:

 

8:30 am

Undergraduate Ceremony (CAS/CBT): 

Need 1 person to line up distinction and lead the students for CAS

Need 3 people to line up students in classrooms for CAS

 

Need 1 person to line up distinction and lead the students for CBT

Need 2 people to line up students in classrooms for CBT 

 

11:00 am       

Undergraduate Ceremony (COEHS):

Need 1 person to line up distinction and lead the students for COEHS

Need 3 people to line up students in classrooms for COEHS

  

3:00 pm        

Graduate School

Need 1 person to line up and lead the students for Master Students

Need 5 people to line up students in classrooms for Master Students
