10:45 a.m. Assembly: Faculty for College of Education and Human
Services, Undergraduate

11:00 a.m. Undergraduate Ceremony for College of Education and Human
Services

 

2:45 p.m. Assembly:  Graduate Faculty 

3:00 p.m. Graduate Ceremony, Masters & Doctoral

RE:                  Agenda for Commencement

 

Commencement exercises will be held Saturday, May 16, 2009, with
separate ceremonies for undergraduate and graduate students. 

 

There will be two (2) undergraduate ceremonies: 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
(Please refer to the above schedule). All faculty members who are on
contract are expected to participate. Adjunct faculty are invited, but
not required, to participate in the processional.

 

Faculty and professional librarians are requested to assemble in
academic regalia in the field house no later than the assembly times
given above. The processional will begin at the times listed for each
graduation.

 

Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates should have
received separate instructions. 

 

Thank you for a successful semester and I look forward to seeing you on
May 16.

 

Requests to be excused from participation in Commencement should be
forwarded through Department Head to the College Dean. Deans are asked
to provide a count to Ms. Paige Bussell, Registrar, no later than
Friday, May 8.
