[VPAAEtal] IMPORTANT: Migrating/Copying Courses for May Mini, Summer I & Summer II Terms

Preparations have begun for migrating courses to .NExT for the May Mini and Summer terms. The migration of courses will be handled in groups based on the term (May Mini, Summer I, and Summer II).  

Please submit a course copy request for your May Mini 09, Summer I 09, and Summer II 09 courses as soon as possible. (This request applies to both online courses (01W, 02W...) and web-enhanced courses.) 

The course copy request form is found at www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde/copyrequest.asp <http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde/copyrequest.asp> . The course copy request information you provide will be used to prepare a list of courses for eCollege to migrate. 

After the courses are migrated, we will email you requesting that you perform a quality assurance check on your course(s) to confirm that all content has migrated successfully.
