[VPAAEtal] Early Intervention reporting now open

Faculty,

Reporting for Early Intervention for the Spring 2009 semester is now
open!   Our past efforts in Early Intervention have yielded some
positive results, so your continued participation is essential to this
continued success.

 

You can access Early Intervention reporting through your MyLEO account
(see below for example screen shot).  If you have any freshmen or
sophomores in your class, they should appear on your Early Intervention
roster.  

 

Please remember that this semester you only need to report for students
about whom you have a concern .  If you have no concerns about any
students in your class, please go in and check the acknowledgement box
at the bottom of the roster and submit.  This will allow us to track
reporting.  

 

Just a reminder that  we have also included a check box for "needs
referral".  This box is to be used for students in whom you have
observed non-academic behaviors (e.g. coming to class without supplies,
sleeping in class, suspected alcohol use, etc.) indicative of a concern.
These students will be referred to the Counseling Center for follow up
and intervention as warranted.
