SUBJECT: Keith & Nancy McFarland Scholarship

 

I would like to announce the A&M-Commerce Keith & Nancy McFarland
Scholarship.  The scholarship will provide financial assistance to
graduate students with families that have a financial need and are in
the final stage of completing their graduate degree.  

 

Each recipient of this scholarship will receive $1,000.

Applications must be received in the Graduate School by June 15, 2009.
This is a competitive scholarship.  Applications will be reviewed and
the award announcements will be made by early July.  

 

Each recipient of the McFarland Scholarship must comply with the
following requirements:  be enrolled in at least 9 graduate credits
hours the semester of the award, be in academic good standing in a
graduate degree program, and making satisfactory progress toward
graduation.
