"Thank you" to those who have responded to this survey!  If you haven't
taken the survey, and would like to do so, the questionnaire will be
available until Friday, April 24.

The issue of university service standards is vital for us to perform our
mission to the fullest. A subcommittee of the University Executive
Council has proposed some general service standards for A&M-Commerce.
We need your input to help us determine our current performance in each
of these areas.  By completing the anonymous survey, accessed at the URL
below, you will help us understand where we are and where we need to
improve in the overall area of service.  Results of this survey will be
reported to the University Executive Council, and I plan to share the
results at a University Community Update.
