The Final Faculty Development workshop for this academic year is this
Friday, April 17, from 1:00-3:00, in Innovations A.

 

Dr. Lori Rios Doddy will be leading a workshop on "Assessing Student
Writing: Using Your Comments to Help Students Write Better."

 

Dr. Rios Doddy received her Ph.D. in English from the Department of
Literature and Languages, A&M-Commerce, in 2005. 

 

Her dissertation was on an assessment topic:  Asking Students What
Works: The Usefulness of Teacher Comments in First-Year Students'
Revisions, directed by  Richard Fulkerson, Ph.D.
