[VPAAEtal] Drops with Instructor Approval Now Required

Good Afternoon!

 

Effective today, all drops (while remaining enrolled) must have

Instructor's approval.  Please encourage your students to go 

online through their MyLeo to drop.  This enables them to 

receive a confirmation of their drop for their own records.  

 

I have attached a copy of the online drop course procedures for

your reference.  Please check your Drop Class Management

Section in your MyLeo to see if you have any drop requests

already in your box.

 

If a student has a hold and is unable to drop on their MyLeo 

account, they will be required to complete a drop form with their 

Instructor signature.  These are then turned in to the Registrar's 

Office for processing.  These forms are located at:

http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/registrar/pdfs/dropform.pdf.
