[VPAAEtal] Grantwriting 101 Workshop

Dr. Deborah Porter, Director of Grants & Contracts, will be presenting,
Grantwriting 101 Workshop.  This workshop is open to all faculty and
staff and will cover the basic elements of a successful grant proposal
as well as the most important aspects related to grant writing in the
higher education realm. The information presented will provide an
introduction to grantwriting and allow participants to address specific
questions related to their area of expertise. Specific information
related to grants from three major federal agencies will be provided
(Department of Education, National Science Foundation, National
Institutes of Health) as well as techniques for state and foundation
grants.

 

Workshop will be:

Friday - October 17, 2008

1:30 - 3:30 pm

Bluebonnet Room, 3rd Floor MSC
