[VPAAEtal] IMPORTANT: eCollege .NExT Online Courses Ready to QA

Faculty,

 

eCollege reports that we are on schedule with the migration of online
courses (01W, 02W) to .NExT for the spring 09 term.  Beginning tomorrow,
Tuesday, November 18th, courses will be made available to instructors
for the purpose of performing a quality assurance (QA) check.  It is
important that you take time to perform this QA on your course(s) by no
later than November 24th.  

 

The online course(s) you need to check may be found under your myCourses
tab in one or both of the following terms:

 

Master .NExT Migration - Round 1

Master .NExT Migration - Round 2

 

Please verify that the content in each of the units/weeks is functioning
properly.  Report any issues you discover on the attached .NExT
Migration Issues Log and send the log file as an attachment to 
online at tamu-commerce.edu.  Current .NExT release notes may be found at 
http://docs.next.ecollege.com/NExT/NExT_Release_Notes.htm.
