Re:       WEAVEonline updates

Colleagues;

Here are some important dates and deadlines for entries of learning
outcomes assessment plans in the University WEAVEonline system:

Learning Outcomes Assessments for FY 2008 (fall 2007- summer 2008)
should now be complete for all GRADUATE programs. If you have not
completed your assessment and developed any required action plans, you
should do so now.

Learning Outcomes Assessment plans for FY2009 (fall 2008 - summer 2009)
should be entered for all undergraduate and graduate programs by
December 1, 2008. On December 2 we will be running reports for all
programs, and these reports will be submitted to the president, provost,
and deans for review.  These reports will cover all graduate programs
for FY 2008, and all undergraduate and graduate programs for FY 2009.

If you need assistance on your outcomes assessment plans, or would like

Thanks for your cooperation on this - there are some really good
assessment plans that have been developed already!
