[VPAAEtal] Mane Event (Preview Day) This Saturday

Good morning everyone:

 

Thanks to the hard work of our Enrollment Management and Retention folks,
led by Stephanie Holley and Hope Young, I have exciting news to share and to
please ask for your assistance. 

 

Mane Event Preview Day, Saturday, March 1st, 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

*	As of mid-day Wednesday, we have 1,483 RSVPs for Mane Event Preview
Day!
*	If you have already volunteered to help, thank you!
*	All volunteers should report to the Volunteer Table in The Circle
(inside the MSC if it rains, but we are not saying that out loud) as soon as
they arrive.  You will be given your assignment and a Mane Event t-shirt.
*	We need volunteers from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., so if you have not
volunteered...we are still in need of smiling faces and helping hands!
*	Email Stephanie Holley (stephanie_holley at tamu-commerce.edu
<mailto:stephanie_holley at tamu-commerce.edu> ) if you can volunteer.  Be sure
to include what time you are available to serve.
*	Please park in the parking lot adjacent to the Heritage House to
leave room for all of our visitors.  In addition to Preview Day, we are also
hosting UIL Basketball games and a test administration.

Get ready to have fun!  This will be a wonderful day for A&M-Commerce.  We
appreciate you and all you do for our students!
