[VPAAEtal] Search for Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences

President Jones and I have discussed the process to be used for the selection of the next Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. We will be engaging the services of Academic Search, Inc., and Dr. Bill Franklin will be our consultant. 
 
Dean Brent Mangus has agreed to serve as chair of the search advisory committee. I am asking for your assistance in nominating individuals to serve on this committee. As you know, this is a critical position for the future of our university. We need broad-based input from you to select the individual who will lead the College of Arts and Sciences as we implement the goals and strategies outlined in the Strategic Plan. Would you please send your nominations to me via email by Tuesday, September 2 at 5:00 p.m.?
